I spent the vast majority of 2025 making my photographic project, Giving Nature a Home, and this work has been largely successful. It was even chosen for the BCU X GRAIN Alumni Exhibition, despite me not being a graduate at the time.

The work aims to promote RSPB Sandwell Valley, a nature reserve in West Bromwich targeted primarily at Birdwatchers, and aims to open up the hobby to a new audience. Drawing on my own experiences as a birdwatcher and frequent visitor, the photographs aim to showcase the natural beauty found within the space, and to emphasise the need for an outdoors hobby for the benefit of our mental and physical health.
